Who We Are
Founded and led by Jeff Jordan, National Affordable Housing Advisors, LLC is built on more than a decade of hands-on affordable housing operations — managing HUD, HOME, HTF, Bond, LIHTC, Section 811, Section 202, Rural Development, Conventional, Permanent Supportive Housing and Project-Based Voucher compliance from the inside. Jeff has led large teams in fixing dozens of broken properties. Not just management and compliance in theory — management and compliance under real deadlines, with real consequences if something slipped.
What We Do
National Affordable Housing Advisors, LLC works with affordable housing properties that are falling behind — on compliance, on occupancy, or on both. We've taken over lease-ups owners were ready to write off and turned them into fully leased, fully compliant communities. We've walked properties through HUD inspections and Tax Credit audits and come out clean. That's the work we do.

Too many owners and developers find out something is wrong only after it's already a problem — a failed inspection, a funding risk, a property quietly bleeding money. NAH Advisors exists to catch it earlier, or fix it fast when it's already happened, without the layers and overhead of a large firm standing between you and the work.

You get direct access to the person doing the work, every time — someone who has actually run the property, made payroll, and answered to HUD, not just advised from a slide deck.
That operational depth is backed by real business experience: Founder Jeff Jordan spent over 20 years in real estate and executive management before affordable housing, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 180-agent real estate brokerage that closed more than $100 million in transactions, and founding a multi-division logistics enterprise generating roughly $3 million annually. Stabilizing a property isn't just a compliance exercise — it's running a business under pressure, and we've done that from both sides.
